Terms and Conditions
- Go to the item you want to buy and choose which size you would like, it will then show you how many are in stock for immediate dispatch. Any items not immediately in stock can be ordered and will usually be delivered within 3-5 days.
- Enter the quantity you require and then click the add to cart button.
- If you have made a mistake, you can go to your shopping cart at any time to remove or alter the items selected before you complete the check out procedure.
- When you have finished shopping go to your cart and then proceed to the checkout where you can choose how to pay and add the delivery address.
We will try to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 days but, for any items we don’t have immediately in stock, our standard delivery terms are 10 working days.
If there is any reason why your order will not be sent to you within our normal 3-5 day time frame then we will try to contact you.
Should you need an item for a particular date, please let us know at the time of ordering or email us first to check availability.
Payment can be made easily via the following methods:
Creditcard - For your security this is processed via PayPal, but you do not need to be a PayPal customer in order to use this function. Please choose the PayPal option when asked in the checkout, then follow the instruction on the left of the PayPal screen for non-PayPal customers.
PayPal - Please choose this option when asked in the checkout; you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete their process and then returned to the Elynium® website.
BACS or Cheque - If you wish to pay via this method, please choose the 'Direct Payment' option in the check out. Once checkout is completed instructions will be shown of how or where to send your payment. Orders paid by this method will not be shipped until funds have been cleared.
Orders within United Kingdom — shipping is FREE on all orders over £20.00 or is otherwise charged at a flat rate of £1.50 per order.
Orders to Europe & Rest of the World — shipping is FREE on all orders over £30.00 or is otherwise charged at a flat rate of £5.99 per order.
We operate a No Quibbles Returns Policy. This means that you can return any of your items in an unused condition within one month of dispatch.
We will also be happy to exchange any damaged product within one month from dispatch.
If we have made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item then please email us straight away so that we can arrange to exchange it for the correct one.
